Support can be particularly suitable for children who may have ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety or previous negative experiences of education — but a diagnosis is not required. Please get in touch to discuss current availability or join the waiting list.

Ribble Valley Education is growing

Due to increasing demand and a growing waiting list, we are looking for qualified teachers who may be interested in joining our tutoring team on a flexible basis.

RVE provides personalised 1:1 tuition for children and young people across primary and secondary education. Our approach is inclusive, relationship-led and responsive to the individual learner.

We are looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have teaching experience

Have experience of inclusive practice

Are confident adapting teaching for individual learners

Understand safeguarding and professional boundaries

Are warm, reliable and genuinely interested in helping children feel confident in learning

Experience supporting SEND, neurodivergent learners, anxiety, school avoidance, low confidence or children who have struggled within traditional education is particularly welcomed.

We are interested in teachers across primary and secondary education and a range of subject specialisms. Roles will be flexible and pupils will be carefully matched according to the teacher's experience, subject knowledge, availability and the needs of the learner.
